I have not been good on facebook with keeping up with Iris' happenings in America...and now since I have this blog, well I need to get in the habbit of blogging. So, it's a trip backwards in time but a trip nonetheless!
We went to see the Castleberry High School play Annie. My favorite! And her friend, Abby, was the star of the show!
She helped me decorate the tree and put her own ornaments too! I guess you have to flip the picture first in the place it is stored before you upload it. Sorry. Just turn your neck, please!
We went to visit Nanny just before Christmas and made sugar cookies. WOW!!! That was hard work, but we had fun, and they turned out to be great "gifts!"
In early December she played in the Senior Powder Puff game. She played center and hiked the ball to the quarter back. So she got to touch the ball each down! And one time she pulled a flag while playing defense as well!!! It was during school but I just happened to get released from Jury Duty that day so I got to attend and take pictures!
November. We took her to her SECOND mavs game. Just before this she got invited by the French club to go as well! Fun time!
I don't have the best pictures of our trip to San Francisco in October....that's is because my mom was there too (and dad and sister and lots of other family) and she has the better camera. Check mom's facebook for a photo album of that trip. But we attended Rhett and Raychelle Blue's wedding, saw the Golden Gate bridge, Pier 39, Lumbard Street, afterparty of Giants beating the Rangers in World Series game 3, and Chinatown, which was super duper fun! Good food in Chinatown!!!
Early October, we attended the State Fair in Dallas with my cousin Crystal, and her two boys Tyler and Travis. We rode the gondola, saw big Tex, and most importantly, ate a foot long corny dog!!!!
So much fun!!
